City Center Hotels
Central Manchester hotels are all located in - or very close to - the heart of the city. Being such central hotels, they offer great access to Manchester's bars, clubs and restaurants. They're also close to designer shopping in Deansgate and the Arndale Centre, as well as Piccadilly Gardens and Manchester Art Gallery.
In Manchester city centre you are ideally located for a wide variety of activities. Where to start? Well, shopping opportunities are broad and varied. The main shopping thoroughfare, Deansgate, runs roughly north-to-south through the west side of the city centre. Here, you'll find Marks and Spencer, Selfridges, and Harvey Nichols, as well as the largest Ted Baker store outside of London. But for sheer size the Arndale centre (with 240 shops) is the largest inner city shopping centre in the UK. If you enjoy shows and galleries you will be close to the MEN arena (where major concerts are hosted), as well as Manchester Art Gallery, Castlefield Gallery or the Whitworth Art Gallery. The Lowry is also extremely popular with its collection of paintings and various changing arts, performance and entertainment events. Manchester city centre also offers great range of nightlife including top restaurants, pubs and clubs.
