Hotel very easy to find directions given spot on. Parking adjacent cheap at weekends £12 from friday evening to sunday morning.£150 for 2nights bed/breakfast for two excellent value excellent breakfast.
Top Tip
10 minutes walk to main shopping centre 20 to the MEN Arena or a taxi was £6.Plenty of places to eat and drink but it is a university area.We used the hotel reasonably priced very good food /drink a pint was £2.80p no complaints.

Student making big noise, specialy Thursday and Sunday mornings after clubing. Rooms are clean, shower screen is small.
Top Tip
Top of the road is place called Gay Village, lots of nice pubs and clubs there. I am not a Gay but I enjoyed.

The hotel staff are very unintrusive and polite and as i was a single traveller i was never made to feel any different by being such, as i have felt in other hotels.

book a table at eastZeast on princess st. the food is amazing,come out of days hotel
and turn left down passed the ibis hotel turn left again and you are there. Canal street is a 5 mins walk away and it only takes 10-15 mins to be in the city centre. Only 5 mins from picadilly station to get to hotel by foot.From shops to museums and galleries you are within easy reach.
