Only negative point was that we could hear people talking in the next room! and a thicker duvet would have been welcome. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was lovely. The central location is excellent and the car parking was a bonus.

Lovely friendly hotel situated in the city centre with all amenities near by. Lovely clean rooms and excellent food. Drinks were a bit expensive though!!

Only stayed the one night. Cant really comment on facilites (except limited supply of tea and coffee and dissappointingly no biscuits in bedroom). Did not come into contact with staff.

Room and bed very small but great view. Location was great right in the centre and next to Tram station and Chinatown. Don't be late for breakfast as they are pushy to get you out!

Top Tip
Must try out restaturants in Chinatown and check out the shops!

Ideally located for all of central Manchester's attractions with easy access to transport for outskirt venues.

Apart from the girls that worked on the main reception desk, my partner and I felt that other members of staff were rather lazy and rude. Having asked a gentleman behind the lower reception desk if he knew of any Taxi numbers. After appearing to wake up and then rolling his eyes his reply was a series of grunts followed by a "I've run out of cards" and didn't even bother to try and point us to somebody who could help.

Top Tip
Ask at reception for the numbers of decent taxi firms.
